No. We welcome both new and experienced coaches. If you’re still building confidence or experience, the Mentored Support tier is a great fit. We also offer coach training…just ask us about it.

Yes. You're free to maintain your personal brand while also coaching under the Balanced Coaching name when appropriate. We’ll help you integrate both in a way that’s clear and professional.

Client referrals are not guaranteed, but we aim to reward alignment, availability, and engagement. Coaches who show up for the community, participate in calls, and contribute regularly are most likely to receive referrals. Our system ensures every coach has the opportunity to grow while keeping our client experience at the center.

This isn’t a loose network—it’s a structured, values-driven team. You get access to real tools, shared branding, and a coaching community with mentoring, not just connection.

Yes, it’s a month-to-month agreement. We ask that you give 30 days’ notice if you decide to step away so we can offboard well and support your transition.

You can choose to invoice clients directly (keeping 100% of your fees), or we can bill your clients for you—we take a small admin fee (5% in addition to Stripe processing fees) if we handle payments.

Session templates, intake forms, goal trackers, client exercises, workshop outlines, and new tools released quarterly.

That’s totally fine! We want to help you grow. You can scale your practice while continuing to be a part of the community or you can feel free to move out on your own if that’s what you feel called to do.

Clients you bring in through your own efforts are fully yours—even if you use the Balanced Coaching brand or tools. Clients referred to you by Balanced Coaching are considered shared clients while you remain on the team. If you ever choose to leave, you're welcome to continue working with your personal clients however, we ask that you not continue using the Balanced Coaching name or resources once your license ends.

There’s a simple month-to-month licensing agreement. It protects both of us and ensures clarity around brand use, payment, and expectations.

You’re considered an independent licensed contractor so you set your own coaching schedule. We encourage you to engage in monthly team calls and contribute to the shared mission, but how much you coach is up to you.

All associate coaches can join monthly mastermind calls and get access to shared resources. If you're in the Mentored Support tier, you'll also receive a monthly 1:1 session with our founder and access to a private group chat for direct support.

Each month, we host a 60–75 minute Zoom call for all associate coaches. These calls include a mix of live teaching, group discussion, peer support, and optional “hot seat” coaching—where one coach gets focused feedback on a challenge or idea.

We talk about things like growing your practice, working with challenging clients, developing offers, and staying rooted in your purpose. It’s a space to be encouraged, equipped, and sharpened by other faith-aligned coaches. Think of it as your monthly dose of clarity, strategy, and community.
