FAQs

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a transformative journey that helps you gain clarity, confidence, and purpose in your life. Through techniques like questioning, reflection, and action planning, we work together to unlock the life you were made for.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

In each session, we'll dive deep into your goals, challenges, and progress. Together, we'll uncover insights and chart a path toward your fullest potential, ensuring you move from feeling overwhelmed to living with purpose.

How long does each coaching session last?

Each coaching session typically lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. The exact length can vary depending on the client's needs and the specific program they are enrolled in.

How often will we meet?

The frequency of coaching sessions can vary depending on the client's needs and the specific program they are enrolled in. Typically, clients meet with me once a week or once every two weeks.

How long should we work together?

That is specific to the level of growth you want to experience. A 3-month program is a great starting point for personal growth. Six months allow for deeper transformation, and 12 months is ideal for profound personal and spiritual growth.

What is group coaching?

Group coaching involves me coaching multiple individuals at the same time. It provides a supportive and confidential environment where individuals can learn from each other's experiences and perspectives.
