I purposefully don't take on a lot of clients at one time so that I can stay focused, intentional, and "all-in" on helping you!
How it works
Step 1 - Where are you now and where do you want to go?
We'll have an initial call together to assess where you are in your life right now and get a good feel for what your goals are. This call is about 45 minutes and will give us both an opportunity to see if my coaching is a good fit for you. Even if it's not, you'll walk away from the call with at least one thing you can do right now to start moving toward the life you want.
Step 2 - Clarify goals
If we both decide to move forward with coaching, we'll clarify your goals and set overall expectations during the onboarding process. The onboarding process typically involves another quick session followed by reviewing and signing the coaching agreement.
Step 3 - Set up the coaching sessions
Once you're onboarded as a client, we'll work together on a schedule for the coaching calls. Coaching sessions will be 45-minute video calls. Typically, we'll meet every other week. However, if you'd like to meet more frequently, this is when we would discuss that option. Coaching calls are scheduled and paid on a monthly basis.

I strongly recommend you commit to at least 3 months of coaching at the start. This gives us time to really work together and start seeing progress in your life. Once those 3 months are up, you can schedule additional coaching on a month-to-month basis or re-commit to any length of time you'd like.
Step 4 - Get to work!
Once the coaching sessions are scheduled we'll get to work. Before each session you'll receive a pre-session update form that will help us focus your call. You'll set the agenda for each call and together we'll dive deep into building the more fulfilling life your looking for.
